WHAT IS MINDFUL LEADERSHIP

This website shows you how easy it is to apply principles of mindfulness to your role as a leader. It doesn’t matter whether you are a leader in the office or at home. You don’t have to be the CEO of a company to be a leader. There are so many leadership roles in our society; entrepreneurs, stay at home mum’s, executives, volunteers or just your average worker. Mindful leadership is for everyone!

 

Mindfulness is just bringing more moment-to-moment awareness into your day. It’s focusing on the present moment rather than worrying about things that have happened in the past or being anxious about what may happen in the future. Mindfulness is being fully immersed in one activity rather than trying to juggle multiple things at once (and usually not doing any of them particularly well!).
