We can meet, either in-person in Canberra or virtually through Skype/FaceTime, at a time that is most convenient for you. We will have a quick chat about your experiences thus far and what has worked for you and what doesn’t. Based on that conversation, I will ask you a few questions so I can determine where you most need help and what tools we can use that will help you more effectively apply mindfulness in your life.
We will then spend the remainder of the session practicing those techniques and determining how to integrate it into your ‘real life’. At the end of each session I will give you a technique to practice on and/or a takeaway to help remind you of what to do.
